Che Wan Fajeri via Cisco, informing that special assistance was required for bees removal at PT2SB Admin Building. 2052 HRS: OCC activated CEFS MFS team and dispatched them to the location. 2053 HRS: FM 1 reported that 4 CEFS PIC personnel and 2 emergency vehicles were deployed to the incident location. 2102 HRS: FM 1 reported arrival at the PT2SB Admin Building and commenced size-up operations. 2103 HRS: FM 1 confirmed the presence of a bee hive located at the stair area, with an estimated size of 3 ft x 3 ft. 2104 HRS: FM 1 reported that 2 CEFS personnel donned bee suits and were deployed to handle the situation. 2105 HRS: FM 1 reported that the CEFS team began removal of the bee hive using 2 units of insecticide (Bygone). 2107 HRS: FM1 reported that the bee hive was successfully removed and overhaul procedures were carried out. 2109 HRS: FM 1 reported that the CEFS team and emergency vehicles returned to the Main Fire Station. 2115 HRS: FM 1 reported that all personnel and vehicles safely arrived at the Main Fire Station. |

Dazirman via DTRS, reporting a jet fire at Unit 1220-V-006 (DHT). 2240 HRS: OCC activated the CEFS Team, Medic Bravo, and PSCC. 2241 HRS: Marshall 1 reported that the CEFS Team had been deployed to the scene with 8 vehicles and 12 personnel. 2245 HRS: CEFS Team arrived at the incident location. 2246 HRS: Marshall 1 confirmed a jet fire at Unit 1220-V-006 (DHT). The CEFS Team commenced size-up operations. 2249 HRS: Marshall 1 reported that the CEFS Team deployed a gun deck monitor to attack the fire at the top flange. The OSC instructed the isolation of the remaining product. 2250 HRS: FM1 reported a temperature reading of 45°C using TIC equipment. 2252 HRS: Marshall 1 reported that the situation was under control. Fire trucks maintained cooling operations in defensive mode. OSC reported product level at 10%. 2257 HRS: Marshall 1 reported atmospheric readings at the incident area as LEL:0%,Oxygen: 20.9%, H₂S: 0 ppm 2303 HRS: Marshall 1 reported that the OSC, FM1, and two operations personnel conducted overhaul activities and gas monitoring. 2306 HRS: Marshall 1 reported that overhaul activities were completed. All personnel exited the incident area safely. 2311 HRS: OSC reported declare stand down. 2325 HRS: All vehicles returned to the Main Fire Station. 2333 HRS: CEFS Team arrived safely at the Main Fire Station. |
